Let us demystify true health

Welcome to health made easy. Much of what we learn about health is not accurate and affects decisions we make every day. Let us go through a journey to learn simple principles but that have a profound effect on our health. Remember, health is not the absence of illness.

Illness is slow process; so slow that you could be harboring a disease fro many years before symptoms manifest. "A tree does not grow overnight. It takes years before the tree's roots start to crack the sidewalk." It is when we feel healthy that we should study what makes us ill and what we can do now to minimize the possibilities of getting sick. There are small steps we can take everyday that we can improve our health.

Before we get into the details of how we can do this we need to understand that sometimes we need to change the way we think, and some beliefs, we have about health. There is a lot of information out there about health and disease that come from sectors of our society that do not hold our health and best interests in mind. I am referring to special interest groups, however I prefer not to elaborate on this because this is not the purpose of this website.
